CDFI Title VI Compliance Worksheet Webinar Available!

On April 11, 2024, the U.S. Department of the Treasury’s Community Development Financial Institutions Fund (CDFI Fund) and Office of Civil Rights and Equal Employment Opportunity (OCRE) conducted a live webinar to assist organizations in understanding the requirements of the CDFI Fund’s Title VI Compliance Worksheet. This webinar covered the elements of the Worksheet, including Civil Rights Complaints, Notice of Rights, Language Assistance Plan, Sub-Recipient Communication and Board Composition. There was also a live Question and Answer session at the end of the webinar.
