Synergent and Jack Henry Celebrate 20 Years of Partnership

Synergent® and Jack Henry™ recently celebrated the monumental milestone of 20 years of partnership. Since August 2004, Synergent has provided credit unions with access to the Symitar® core processing platform offered by Jack Henry.

To celebrate this anniversary, staff members from both Synergent and Jack Henry traveled to KV Federal Credit Union in Augusta, Maine, to mark the occasion where Synergent completed its first core conversion to Episys (now Symitar). The commemoration reflected on changes, technological innovations, and growth of each respective company over the past two decades.

“20 years ago, Synergent chose to partner with Jack Henry over numerous other core providers because of their open architecture, dedication to excellence, accessibility, and culture,” shared Randy Stolp, President of Synergent. “We continue to partner with them because of these values, as well as their continuous investment in technology and dedication to credit union success.”

“Relationships build trust, and once you have trust, you’re able to do a lot together,” said Greg Adelson, President and CEO of Jack Henry. “Synergent brings a lot of credibility to the industry and an approach that’s different than most of the other providers out there. The white glove approach they have to customer service and our service-first approach with them is ultimately a perfect match for a partnership.”

“We are committed to ensuring the sustainability of the credit union system,” stated Stolp. “In Jack Henry, we’ve found that partner that shares that same passion for ensuring our credit unions are successful and thriving for their members well into the future and well beyond the next 20 years. We can’t be more thrilled to be a partner of Jack Henry.”
