Three Credit Unions Announce Promotions and New Orleans Firemen’s Federal Credit Union Announces Teacher of the Year

Three credit unions including Corporate Central Credit Union and Greater Texas Credit Union announced promotions within its leadership, and New Orleans Firemen’s Federal Credit Union announced their 2024 Teacher of the Year.

New Hires

  • Allied Payment Network, Inc. (Allied) announced the addition of Hank Vanjaria as its new Chief Financial Officer. Vanjaria, who reports to Allied CEO Geoff Knapp, is responsible for strategic financial planning and operations and is also a member of the Executive Leadership Team.

  • Robins Financial Credit Union proudly welcomes Amy Fuller as the new Vice President of Project Management & Transformation. In this role, Fuller will implement frameworks and efficiencies for prioritizing and delivering outcomes that align with the credit union’s strategic growth objectives.

Recognitions

  • New Orleans Firemen’s Federal Credit Union is proud to announce Megan Brummer as their 2024 Teacher of the Year. Brummer, a dedicated educator at Samuel Green Charter School, teaches a wide range of grades from Pre-K to 8th. She has also established several student clubs, including Baking and Spanish Cuisine, enriching her students' learning experiences.

Promotions

  • Corporate Central is thrilled to announce that Shannon Cate, NCP, CCUFC, has been promoted to Director of Member Experience. Cate has been a dedicated and invaluable member of the Corporate Central team for almost ten years, most recently serving as Manager Member Services for the past year. Her unwavering commitment to member service excellence, coupled with her exceptional organizational skills, has made her an indispensable asset to the organization. In her new role, she will enhance the member experience by reinvesting in products and services, assessing the needs of credit unions, and fostering key relationships.

  • Greater Texas Credit Union has appointed new Branch Managers at its Bastrop, Kyle, and San Antonio locations. Each position was filled by a tenured employee promoted from within. Tyler Rogers has advanced into the role in San Antonio, Jennifer Castillo in Bastrop, and Christina Gonzales in Kyle. The three newly appointed Branch Managers have held various roles with increasing levels of responsibility within member service and branch operations that prepared them for their current position. They are now in charge of managing all aspects of their respective branches, encompassing member relations, staff development and training, and community engagement.

  • Global Credit Union is pleased to announce the promotion of Jessica Graham, Katy Pritsos, and Chris Hibbs to new executive-level roles.

    • Jessica Graham was promoted to Executive Vice President and Chief Risk Officer. In her new role, she will be responsible for the delivery of coordinated, organized, and efficient support services to Global’s business lines and internal clients—facilitating cross-departmental communication and removing internal impediments to growth.

    • Katy Pritsos was promoted to Senior Vice President, People Operations. In her new role, she will be responsible for overseeing Global’s Talent Development and Human Resources departments—fostering increased synergy between the departments and helping to provide the best possible employee experience for Global employees. 

    • Chris Hibbs was promoted to Vice President, Consumer Lending, where he will lead all facets of sales and underwriting for Global’s Consumer Lending department.
