The event will take place at the institution’s three corporate locations
On Saturday, Sept. 20, BrightBridge Credit Union (BrightBridge) will host a community Shred Day from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at its Lawrence, Waltham and Bridgewater locations.
Members of the credit union and the community at large are invited to bring outdated or unwanted documents with sensitive information. This includes documents containing a signature, account number, social security number or medical or legal information that is no longer necessary to retain. Proper disposal of documents is imperative to protecting private personal information from identity thieves and BrightBridge is committed to helping community members stay safe.
In addition to secure shredding services, guests are invited to enter a drawing to win Patriots tickets for the 2025-2026 season and enjoy a sweet treat provided by BrightBridge team members. The event offers an opportunity not only to protect personal data but also to meet and engage with the BrightBridge team in a friendly, community-centered setting. This event is free and open to the public. Document shredding will be available until shred trucks reach capacity.
