Month-long campaign in February funds a medically fragile child’s wish trip through partnership with Make-A-Wish
Throughout February, Chartway Credit Union, invites its members and the public to “Give With All Your Heart.” The month-long campaign will fund the wish of Promise Hero Paisley, a three-year-old battling congenital heart disease, whose wish is to visit Disney World and Peppa Pig Land in Florida. The credit union’s charitable arm, the Chartway Promise Foundation, and its non-profit partner, Make-A-Wish Utah, are collaborating to bring the wish to life.
“’Give With All Your Heart’ is designed to make generosity simple and meaningful,” said Christine Wilson, executive director of Chartway Promise Foundation. “By offering multiple easy ways to give throughout February, we’re inviting members and the community to come together around Paisley and see how even a small donation can help bring her wish to life.”
February 1 through February 28, Chartway Credit Union members and supporters can donate through their Chartway account in a branch, on the donation page of the Chartway Promise Foundation’s website, or via Venmo @ChartwayPromise. Each donation made throughout the month directly supports Paisley. With a campaign goal of raising $5,000, and average wishes ranging between $5,000 to $7,000, every gift brings Paisley and medically fragile children like her closer to their wishes.
“Our purpose is to unlock the potential of individuals and families so they can thrive and our Promise Foundation is at the heart of our organization’s community commitment, allowing us to live our purpose beyond financial services,” said Rebecca Riordan, chief people & culture officer of Chartway Credit Union and president of the Chartway Promise Foundation. “It gives our members and the public a direct way to support children and families when it matters most. ‘Give With All Your Heart’ reflects who we are as a credit union—connected to our communities and committed to making a difference.”
As the month comes to a close — the Foundation and Make-A-Wish Utah invite the public to the annual “Promise Night at the Grizzlies” — a public Wish Reveal for Paisley where she and her family will be surprised with her wish come true, on the ice in West Valley, Utah in front of hockey fans, friends, and family:

The annual “Promise Night at the Grizzlies” and “Promise Night at the Arena” bring together partner charities, supporters, board members, leaders, Chartway team members, and dozens of Promise Heroes and their families who have been assisted through foundation grants. It’s a powerful opportunity for Chartway members and the public to see firsthand how their generosity makes an impact.
“Chartway Promise Foundation’s Giving with All Your Heart Campaign is generosity at its most powerful,” said Daniel Dudley, president and CEO of Make-A-Wish Utah. “Through their extraordinary support of Make-A-Wish Utah, they’ve created moments of joy and hope for children battling heart conditions like Paisley, reminding families they are surrounded by love during even the hardest times. We are so grateful to Chartway for leading with heart and helping make wishes come true.”
In 2025, Chartway Promise Foundation awarded more than $1M in grants to 33 partner organizations across its Texas, Utah, and Virginia markets to fund programs this year. In all, last year, the foundation granted 90 wishes, built four backyard playsets, packed 2,000 hospital activity bags, packed 160 hospital ready bags, funded 175 eye exams and glasses, granted 100 fishing and camping trips, supported 30 field trips for mobility-challenged children, and much more.
Chartway Credit Union’s community commitment reaches far beyond its charitable foundation. Across its Texas, Utah, and Virginia markets, Chartway supports local families through financial education programs, scholarships, crisis relief contributions, bilingual services, and partnerships that expand access for underserved communities. Team members regularly volunteer at events that strengthen neighborhoods, empower students, and uplift organizations meeting critical needs. Together, these efforts reflect Chartway’s deep dedication to helping the communities it serves.
