Community First Credit Union of Florida and D. Hilton Associates announce the appointment of Amanda Whitson, as its chief lending officer (CLO). With over 20 years of experience in lending and retail operations, Whitson brings a strong track record of innovation, operational excellence, and leadership to the role.
Whitson most recently served as senior vice president of lending at Georgia United Credit Union, where she led initiatives that doubled the loan portfolio in five years and reduced lending errors by 90%. Her strategic implementation of digital lending platforms and data-driven processes significantly enhanced both efficiency and the member experience.
A recipient of the 2022 CUNA Excellence in Lending Award, Whitson is widely recognized for building high-performing teams and driving growth through streamlined, member-focused solutions.
