Dow Great Western Credit Union (DGWCU) has announced the appointment of Randy Dhindsa as its new President and Chief Executive Officer. With more than 87 years of service to its members, DGWCU enters a new chapter focused on sustainable growth, innovation, and deepened community engagement under Dhindsa’s leadership.
In announcing the appointment, Board Chair Art Solis said, “On behalf of the Board, I am thrilled to welcome Randy Dhindsa to the Dow Great Western Credit Union family as our next President and CEO. Dhindsa brings more than two decades of leadership experience in financial services, where he has guided teams through transformation, growth, and innovation. Known for his strategic vision and people-first approach, he has led diverse banking operations spanning commercial, agricultural, and consumer sectors. Throughout his career, he has built a reputation for strengthening organizational culture, enhancing performance, and fostering collaboration across every level of an organization.
A Gallup CliftonStrengths Certified Coach and Fearless Leadership Trainer, Dhindsa is recognized for empowering teams and fostering workplaces grounded in accountability, collaboration, and purpose. He holds an MBA in Management Strategy and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Western Governors University. His leadership philosophy centers on community, inclusion, and advancing the cooperative values that define the credit union movement.
