Dow Great Western Credit Union (DGWCU) is pleased to welcome Andrea Camacho as its new Vice President of Finance and Accounting.
Camacho brings extensive experience in accounting and financial operations, with a strong foundation in financial stewardship, regulatory compliance and operational excellence within the financial services industry.
In announcing the appointment, President and Chief Executive Officer Randy Dhindsa said, “Andrea is an accomplished accounting leader who pairs technical excellence with collaboration, integrity, and a genuine commitment to service. She understands that strong financial stewardship is essential to member trust, and she leads teams with clarity and accountability. Camacho brings nearly 20 years of progressive accounting and financial leadership experience, most recently serving as Senior Accounting Manager at J.P. Morgan Chase/First Republic Bank. She has led complex accounting operations, including month-end close, general ledger reconciliations, audit support, and internal controls, while driving process improvements that increased efficiency, strengthened compliance, and enhanced reporting accuracy.
Known for her collaborative, integrity-driven leadership style, Camacho has built a strong reputation for developing high-performing teams, streamlining processes, and delivering reliable financial insights that support sound organizational decision-making. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Saint Mary’s College of California and brings a disciplined, member-focused approach to financial stewardship.
