On January 29, 2026, team members from First Capital Federal Credit Union toured the puppy training facility of Susquehanna Service Dogs, a division of Keystone Human Services, to gain a firsthand look at the organization’s mission in action. During the visit, First Capital presented a $3,500 check to support the upcoming ChocolateBall fundraiser as part of its FirstCap Gives Back program.

The ChocolateBall was held January 31 at the Hershey Lodge. Hosted by Keystone Human Services, the elegant evening brought together community leaders, advocates, and supporters to raise funds benefiting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Guests enjoyed a formal dinner, silent auction, live entertainment, dancing, and even puppy snuggling throughout the night. The event raised thousands of dollars to advance Keystone Human Services’ programs, including Susquehanna Service Dogs — First Capital’s FirstCap Gives Back partner for the first quarter of 2026.

“We are proud to support an event that aligns with our commitment to strengthening our community and empowering individuals of all abilities,” said Tara Houser Minetos, Senior Vice President of Marketing at First Capital Federal Credit Union.
