Eight Illinois credit unions were among 181 credit unions nationwide recognized as winners of the prestigious 2026 Diamond Awards, presented by America’s Credit Unions Marketing, PR & Development Council.
The annual competition honors excellence in credit union marketing, communications, and community engagement.

This year’s competition drew a record 1,481 submissions, with 181 organizations from 42 states selected as winners. In total, 330 awards were presented, underscoring the exceptional caliber of marketing and communications work produced by credit unions nationwide.
