POSITION DETAIL

With over $100 million in assets, Farmway Credit Union, located in Beloit, Kansas, is currently in search of a senior financial services professional to replace their retiring President/CEO. Working in partnership with the board of directors, the incoming executive will be responsible for strategically leading the credit union, maintaining exceptional member service levels, and leading membership and asset growth. The board is seeking someone with exceptional relationship building skills and extensive experience with agricultural lending. The new President/CEO will play an active role in the community and will serve as the face of the credit union in the region. The ideal candidate will have five plus years of leadership experience within a retail banking institution, proven leadership skills, and a strong foundation in agricultural lending. Bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred.
