Where Leadership is Personal and Impact is Real
LM Federal Credit Union is ready for its next chapter. Is this the leadership opportunity for you?
LM Federal Credit Union (LMFCU) is seeking its next President/Chief Executive Officer to build on a 77-year legacy of trusted service and position the credit union for continued growth and long-term success.
Founded in 1949, LMFCU serves more than 3,600 members, primarily connected to Lockheed Martin and affiliated organizations, with a membership footprint extending across the Mid-Atlantic and East Coast. With a strong capital position, loyal membership, and personalized service model, the credit union offers the next CEO an opportunity to make a meaningful impact across strategy, culture, financial performance, and member experience.

The successful leader will be an approachable collaborator, build trust, communicate effectively, and lead with both confidence and humility. Leading a close-knit organization, the CEO will be a forward-thinking leader who can advance growth, technology, operational effectiveness, employee development, and the member experience while honoring the credit union’s legacy.
