LGE Community Credit Union is proud to announce that it has been recognized as a Top Workplace by The Atlanta Journal-Constitution (AJC) for the tenth time.
The AJC Top Workplaces award is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by Energage, LLC. The confidential survey measures the employee experience and its component themes, including employees feeling “respected and supported,” “enabled to grow,” and “empowered to execute.”
“Earning a Top Workplaces award is a badge of honor for companies, especially because it comes authentically from their employees,” said Eric Rubino, Energage CEO. “That’s something to be proud of. In today’s market, leaders must ensure they’re allowing employees to have a voice and be heard. That’s paramount. Top Workplaces do this, and it pays dividends.”
“We are honored to be named a Top Workplace by the AJC,” said Chris Leggett, president and CEO of LGE Community Credit Union. “Creating an environment where our employees can thrive is one of our top priorities at LGE. The positive culture we have is second to none, and this award is a testament of that.”
