NuMark CU gives over $1.4 million back to members

NuMark Credit Union (NuMark), is thrilled to announce they gave a special cash bonus of over $1.4 million back to their members, equal to about 23% of the credit union’s 2025 net income.

As a credit union, NuMark is owned by the members who use their financial products and services. That’s why this year, qualified member-owners received a cash bonus as a token of appreciation from NuMark. Qualifications for the bonus were based on NuMark’s NuRewards program. The more services a member took advantage of, the higher their bonus tier.

“We are excited that our members received a cash bonus this year,” said Michelle Balog, President and CEO of NuMark. “We are committed to growing in ways that allow us to better serve our members today and in the future. That commitment drives our investment in new technology and strategic opportunities that enhance our members’ financial well being. We are proud to be a trusted financial partner for our members and the communities we serve.”

The credit union movement’s philosophy of “people helping people,” is a big part of NuMark’s culture, whose mission is to enrich financial lives. It’s because of NuMark’s members that the credit union has been able to make continued improvements while keeping members’ best interests a priority.

Some of these recent improvements include expanding NuMark’s branch network and launching their state-of-the-art online and mobile banking platforms. These changes were made to make managing finances more convenient, by giving them more flexibility with where they handle their accounts and transactions. NuMark’s new digital banking platforms also provide members with 24/7 access to easy transfer options, expanded card controls, financial wellness tools and resources, and much more.

“NuMark has been growing strong and it’s our members who make that growth possible,” said Cliff Struthers, Chairman of NuMark’s volunteer Board of Directors. “Our members own the credit union, so we were delighted to be able to give back a member bonus this year.”

NuMark is committed to growth and is continually striving to provide the best financial products and services to meet members’ needs. The credit union has been serving its communities for over seven decades, but that wouldn’t have been possible without members who have grown alongside them. They have given back $3.4 million since 2022 and look forward to more opportunities to say thank you to members in the future.
