Now in its 10th year, the MemberXP Best of the Best Awards are a respected industry benchmark based entirely on data-validated member feedback. The 2026 awards analyzed millions of data points from credit unions nationwide, using key metrics like Net Promote Score (NPS) and Member Effort Score (MES) to identify top performers.
Park View earned the #1 national ranking for Transaction Experience and was also recognized as a top-quartile performer in the Consumer Loan Experience category, demonstrating its ability to consistently meet and exceed member expectations.
