Peninsula Credit Union formally unveils its new partnership with Traduality, an AI-powered multicultural member experience platform designed to help credit unions better serve members who prefer a language other than English—across day-to-day service, phone support, and ongoing member communications.
Peninsula’s mission has always been rooted in community: supporting members with clarity, respect, and access to the tools they need to thrive financially. This partnership strengthens Peninsula’s ability to create more seamless experiences for non-English-speaking members by enabling natural conversations at the moments that matter, while also expanding the credit union’s ability to communicate and educate members in their preferred language.
Improving service experiences in-branch and over the phone
Through Traduality’s Fire Lingo capabilities, Peninsula team members can hold private, one-on-one conversations with members in their native or preferred language, reducing delays and friction, and keeping the experience centered on trust, empathy, and understanding.
“Peninsula Credit Union exists to serve people, and that means removing barriers that prevent members from fully accessing financial support,” said Billy Thomas, Director of Marketing and Hispanic Initiatives Chair at Peninsula Credit Union. “Our communities are changing, and we’re committed to meeting members where they are. This partnership helps ensure that every member can feel welcomed, understood, and confident—whether they walk into a branch or call us for help.”
Strengthening member communications and financial education
Beyond service interactions, the partnership also supports Peninsula’s ability to provide in-language communications and financial education thus helping non-English speaking members better understand products, make informed decisions, and build financial well-being with greater confidence.
“Credit unions win loyalty when members feel understood—not only during service interactions, but through every touchpoint that builds trust over time,” said Diego Achio, CEO and Co-founder of Traduality. “We’re proud to partner with Peninsula Credit Union to support a more consistent, human member experience, from conversations with staff to in-language outreach and financial education.”
As the partnership develops, Peninsula Credit Union will share additional updates.
