Rings in the Holiday Season with a Thanksgiving Celebration
Volunteers from People’s Credit Union once again teamed up with the Newport Salvation Army to help prepare over 300 Thanksgiving Meal Kits to be distributed to local families.
“At People’s, we are giving thanks this year for our friends at the Newport Salvation Army and all they do to support our neighbors in need,” said Heather Sweeney, Head of Newport’s branch at People’s Credit Union. “We are grateful to be a part of this Thanksgiving tradition and this special community, where we help each other not just at the holiday, but year-round.”
