Reliant Credit Union is proud to announce that it has been named one of the Rochester Business Journal’s 2025 Elevating Women Award winners.
The Elevating Women Awards celebrate companies that prioritize women’s advancement by documenting results in hiring, promoting, and elevating women into leadership roles; advocating for women both internally and externally; and cultivating the next generation of women professionals. Honorees were selected by the Rochester Business Journal leadership team.
Reliant Credit Union’s dedication to elevating women is reflected in its leadership team, professional development programs, and culture of mentorship. Women represent a majority of Reliant’s workforce and hold leadership positions across all levels of the organization. Beyond its internal efforts, Reliant actively supports community programs that foster opportunities for women and families across the Finger Lakes region.
