Annually, the Best of the Best awards are given to credit unions that consistently provide extraordinary service, as reported by their own members. Only the highest-performing credit unions using the MemberXP program receive the incredible honor.

This comprehensive evaluation process utilizes key performance metrics, including Net Promoter Score (NPS) and Member Effort Score (MES), allowing data experts to analyze and validate results meticulously. Recognition is given to the top 25% of performers across various experiential categories, Reliant earning top honors in Best Loan Experience, Best Transaction Experience, and Best Online Banking Experience.
These distinguished awards were presented in February as an annual recognition by CUSG, honoring credit unions that consistently excel in delivering exceptional service.
