Reliant Credit Union recently donated $2,500 to the Greater Rochester Habitat for Humanity, a contribution that will provide support for the organization’s mission of building affordable housing and revitalizing neighborhoods in the Greater Rochester area.

Pamela Heald, President & CEO of Reliant Credit Union, was joined by credit union staff in presenting the donation check to representatives from the Greater Rochester Habitat for Humanity. The check presentation took place on Friday, June 6, on a job site where members of the Reliant team were volunteering for the day, emphasizing Reliant’s commitment to making a positive impact in the areas it serves. The contribution will support the construction of homes that empower local families to achieve lasting stability and independence.

“At Reliant Credit Union, we believe that everyone deserves a place to call home,” said Pamela Heald, President & CEO. “Our donation to the Greater Rochester Habitat for Humanity is a commitment to supporting our neighbors by helping hardworking families achieve housing.”

“We are incredibly grateful to Reliant Credit Union for their generous gift of $2,500,” said Laurie Streber, Director of Development for Greater Rochester Habitat for Humanity. “This contribution will directly support our mission to build strength, stability, and self-reliance through shelter. Partnerships like this are vital to creating affordable housing opportunities in our community.”
