Several credit unions, including United Federal Credit Union and Westerra Credit Union, announced new additions and changes to their teams, and the CFO of LAFCU was honored with a 2025 Real McCoy Award.
New Hires:
- United Federal Credit Union (United) is pleased to announce Naarah Potts has joined the team as Branch Manager at its downtown Battle Creek location. In her new role, Potts will be responsible for maintaining the performance of the branch, overseeing assets, and providing leadership and supervision to her team.
- United Federal Credit Union (United) has appointed Donna Sallee to the position of Mortgage Advisor based at its Har-Ber Meadows Branch located at 6706 W Sunset Ave. in Springdale. In her role, Sallee will generate product awareness to credit union members regarding their real estate financing needs and generate investment quality mortgage loans. She will use her knowledge in the industry to provide quality real estate lending experience through personal financial counseling.
- In an effort to enhance member services, Westerra Credit Union (Westerra) announced the appointment of Sarah Llewellyn to vice president of consumer lending and contact center sales. Llewellyn will balance sales and operations, strengthening the consumer lending department and ensuring that Westerra members receive tailored solutions and informed guidance.
- Maine State Credit Union is excited to announce that Rori Carver has joined the organization as the Vice President of Project Management and Business Intelligence. Carver has over 20 years of leadership in project management, business intelligence, and technology. She has led impactful initiatives in financial services, fintech, and healthcare, and founded a consulting firm that helps organizations enhance project delivery and adopt data-driven strategies.
- TRUE Community Credit Union is proud to announce that Darcey Eagen has joined the credit union as Vice President of People, and Jill Johnson has joined as Vice President of Consumer and Real Estate Lending.
- Consumers Credit Union is pleased to welcome Eric Stoll as the new vice president of business services and Jodi Rozycki as its new municipal relationship manager.
- Navy Federal Credit Union announced that Rear Admiral John V. Menoni, USN (Ret.) has been named its next senior vice president of Branch Operations. He replaces Keith Hoskins, who was recently tapped to lead the credit union’s new Military Affairs and Strategic Partnership unit. Menoni will oversee the strategic direction of Navy Federal’s global network of more than 370 branches and its operation of the Department of Defense’s Overseas Military Banking Program.

- LAFCU staff are an award-winning group, and Chief Financial Officer Leslie Rorie is no exception. Rorie has been named a 2025 Real McCoy Award recipient, recognized for her outstanding achievements in the field of mathematics. Rorie was nominated by a past honoree for her extraordinary contributions to STEMM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics and Medicine) and her active participation as a member of the STEMM community. She was formally recognized during the annual Detroit Area Pre-College Engineering Program (DAPCEP) Real McCoy Awards, presented by DTE Energy, Thursday, Sept. 25, at DTE Energy Corporate Headquarters, Detroit.

- People’s Credit Union has named John Banks as Head of Mortgage Operations and Retail Lending, reporting to Tim Jermain, Head of Lending. In this expanded role, Mr. Banks will be responsible for not only directing and monitoring the Mortgage Operations and Originations departments, but also the Direct Consumer Lending Department.

- Pixie Gray, ODCP, CUDE, has been promoted to Senior Vice President of Organizational Development. In her expanded role, Gray has responsibility for internal organizational development, industry-facing leadership and talent programs, and the CUES Consulting division. Her work will ensure that CUES continues to deliver a forward-thinking, holistic approach to leadership development across the credit union system.
- Consumers Credit Union is pleased to announce the promotion of Adalynn Brouwer to office manager of the Woods Lake location.
Appointments:
- Mid-Atlantic Federal Credit Union proudly announces the appointment of Allen P. DeLeon, CPA, PC as Board Chairman and Anthony Spearman-Leach as Board Treasurer. Both have served on the Credit Union’s Board of Directors for more than seven years in various roles.
- Member Loyalty Group has announced the appointment of Drew Wolff to its Board of Directors, where he will also serve as Treasurer. Wolff brings more than 25 years of global financial leadership experience across the financial services, consumer and nonprofit sectors.
