Three Credit Unions Announce New Hires; Eglin FCU Recognizes Employees for Years of Service

Three credit unions, including Great Plains Federal Credit Union and Greylock Federal Credit Union, announced new additions to their teams, and Eglin Federal Credit Union recognized two employees for their years of service.

New Hires:

  • Great Plains Federal Credit Union has selected Brad Schneider to serve as its new Vice President of Information Technology. He was placed by DDJ Myers, the well-known executive search and leadership development firm. “We’re thrilled to welcome Brad to our leadership team,” says James Wileman, CEO of Great Plains FCU. “With his experience and skills in enterprise security, strategic planning and successful project deployments, we’re confident that Brad’s leadership will continue advancing the credit union’s technology vision by modernizing infrastructure and processes to better serve our members.”
  • Greylock Federal Credit Union has announced the hiring of Senior Vice President, Charles Robertson, who joins the Retail Services team. “Charles is a fantastic addition to Greylock’s Retail Services. He has more than 25 years of banking experience and a proven track-record of leading and building teams, executing strategy and delivering exceptional business results,” said Michael Stoddard, Executive Vice President. “We are happy to have him back in Western Massachusetts, lending his skills and expertise to Greylock Federal.”
  • Honor Credit Union is pleased to welcome Adam Grumbir as Community Development Officer serving the St. Joseph, Benton Harbor, Baroda, and Stevensville communities. In this role, Grumbir will work closely with local businesses and community organizations to expand partnerships and help strengthen communities across the Southwest Michigan shoreline.

  • Eglin Federal Credit Union is pleased to congratulate ACH Specialist Suyen Berezo for 25 years of service. Suyen currently resides in Crestview.  On Wednesday, April 1, a celebratory breakfast was held at the Fort Walton Beach Branch to honor Suyen’s milestone anniversary. Friends and coworkers gathered to recognize her dedication and impact on the Credit Union. 
  • Eglin Federal Credit Union is pleased to congratulate Member Service Counselor II Kimberly Hixon for 30 years of service. Kimberly currently resides in Crestview. On Thursday, April 2, a celebratory breakfast was held at the North Crestview Branch to honor Kimberly’s milestone anniversary. Friends, family and coworkers gathered to recognize her dedication and contributions.

Promotions:

  • Star One Credit Union announced Ryan Barringer as its executive vice president of operations. Barringer brings more than two decades of leadership experience in consumer and commercial banking, with expertise spanning financial marketing, customer experience, and digital strategy. Since joining Star One, he has played a pivotal role in the credit union’s growth and innovation, leading marketing and technological advancements that enhance member experience and streamline operations.
  • TBA Credit Union (TBACU) announces the promotion of Chris Givens to Loan Operations Leader. In this role, Givens will oversee consumer loan processing and underwriting, supporting consistent lending decisions and strong service for both members and team members. His work directly supports TBACU’s mission to serve the community and build trusted relationships. Givens has held several lending roles at TBA Credit Union, including Senior Underwriter and Loan Officer, and brings proven experience and leadership to the position.
  • Royal Credit Union (Royal) is excited to announce Alyssa Celeste’s promotion to Mortgage Loan Officer. In this position, Celeste will guide Members through every step of the mortgage process, offering tailored product recommendations and ensuring a seamless application experience from start to finish. 

Appointments:

  • Municipal Credit Union (MCU) held its 2026 annual membership meeting on March 25th. MCU’s prior-year audited financials and 2025 annual report were presented to the membership. Following the Annual Meeting, the Board met in a formal session to choose leadership for the next year. The Board recognized the newly elected member to the Board, Deborah Silodor, banking executive and legal professional and appointed one new member to the Supervisory Committee, A’isha Torrence, a CPA, a nonprofit executive.

  • Members of Tinker Federal Credit Union (TFCU) elected two volunteers by acclamation at the credit union’s Annual Shareholders’ Meeting held virtually and in person on March 31, 2026. The two candidates elected to the TFCU Board of Directors were James Pearl and Eldon Overstreet. After the annual meeting, board members met to elect new officers, as follows:
