Three credit unions, including United Federal Credit Union and Pasadena Federal Credit Union, announced new additions to their teams, and Eglin Federal Credit Union recognized its Senior ATM/ITM Operator for 25 years of service.
New Hires:
- The Dakota Credit Union Association (DakCU) is very pleased to announce the newest member of their advocacy team, as Kenley Lamberty joins the association as Director of Political Strategy & Engagement. Kenley most recently served as the Government Affairs Director at the REALTOR® Association of the Sioux Empire, where he worked closely with local lawmakers to advance the interests of REALTORS® and managed a Political Action Committee (PAC) supporting candidates throughout a five-county area. His work in economic development and experience collaborating with city officials, combined with a background in federal advocacy from a previous internship with Senator John Thune, gives him a unique perspective on both local and national policy initiatives. He is a graduate of the University of South Dakota, where he earned his B.A. in Political Science.
- United Federal Credit Union (United) has appointed Joshua Waack to the position of Mortgage Advisor based at its Van Buren branch at 124 Fayetteville Rd. In his role, Waack will generate product awareness to credit union members regarding their real estate financing needs and generate investment quality mortgage loans. He will use his knowledge in the industry to provide quality real estate lending experience through personal financial counseling.
- First U.S. Community Credit Union is pleased to announce the appointment of Suzanne Wages as its new Vice President of Real Estate Lending and Servicing. In this role, Wages will oversee the full real estate lending program from origination to servicing, driving growth, performance, and quality across the credit union’s mortgage and home equity portfolio. She will lead a team of originators, processors, underwriters, and servicing staff while championing member-focused lending solutions and process innovations.
- Pasadena Federal Credit Union (PFCU) is pleased to announce the appointment of Naomi Mead as its new Vice President of Strategic Projects & Process Improvement. In this newly created role, Mead will lead enterprise-wide initiatives designed to enhance organizational effectiveness, optimize member experiences, and position PFCU for long-term growth in an evolving financial services landscape.
- Candescent announced that Donald Chesnut has been named Chief Design Officer. In this role, Chesnut is guiding how Candescent develops and delivers exceptional digital experiences for its 1,300 bank and credit union clients and the 30 million end users they serve.

- Eglin Federal Credit Union is proud to recognize Monica Hurd, senior ATM/ITM operator in Information Systems, for 25 years of service. Monica currently resides in Navarre. A celebratory breakfast was held in her honor on Friday, Sept. 5, at the Operations Center. Sue Schlitter, ATM/ITM supervisor in Information Systems, shared her admiration for Monica’s long-standing contributions at Eglin Federal Credit Union.
Promotions:
- United Federal Credit Union (United) has promoted Diana Bryant to Branch Manager. She will lead the team at United’s Hendersonville location at 101 Jack Street. In her new role, Bryant will be responsible for maintaining the performance of the branch, overseeing assets, and providing leadership and supervision to her team.
- FORUM Credit Union announces an organizational promotion within its retail delivery team. Sarah Hall has been promoted to Branch Manager of FORUM’s Broad Ripple location. In her new role, Sarah will lead the Broad Ripple team to deliver exceptional member service, drive local market development, and foster a supportive and collaborative environment for the team. She is also looking forward the upcoming branch remodel to enhance the space and better serve the Broad Ripple community and FORUM members.
Appointments:
- At its Annual Meeting, held in conjunction with the corporate’s eleventh annual Credit Union Leadership Symposium, Alloya Corporate Federal Credit Union announced the election of two board members. Amy Sink, Chief Executive Officer of Interra Credit Union (Indiana), will once again serve Alloya’s members on Alloya’s Board of Directors. Joining her is Rina Pantano, President and Chief Executive Officer of NJ Gateway Federal Credit Union (New Jersey), who most recently served on Alloya’s Supervisory Committee.
- Alloya also seated its table officers, electing David Suvall as Chair, Dan Stoltz as Vice Chair, Curt Cecala as Treasurer and Todd Adamson as Secretary. Directors Emeritus appointed include: Michael Daugherty, former Chief Executive Officer of Community Plus Federal Credit Union (Illinois); Floyd Rummel, III, former Chief Executive Officer of Northern Hills Federal Credit Union (South Dakota); Peter Gates, former President and Chief Executive Officer of Michigan Schools and Government Credit Union (Michigan); and Patrick White, Chief Executive Officer of Sovita Credit Union (Michigan).
- Alloya also appointed its Supervisory Committee for 2025-2026, including: Jennifer Borowy, President and Chief Executive Officer of Michigan First Credit Union (Michigan); April Clobes, President and Chief Executive Officer of Michigan State University Federal Credit Union (Michigan); Peter Fauth, President and Chief Executive Officer of Financial Plus Credit Union (Illinois); Ryan Goehner, Chief Executive Officer of Dakotaland Federal Credit Union (South Dakota); and Dan Patterson, Senior Vice President of Finance, Cobalt Credit Union (Nebraska).
