Two credit unions, including Royal Credit Union, announced new additions to their teams, and Eglin Federal Credit Union recognized one of its Member Service Counselors for her many years of service.
New Hires:
- Royal Credit Union (Royal) is excited to welcome Dawn Coerber and Ben Liberty as Mortgage Loan Officers. In these positions, Liberty and Coerber will guide Members through every step of the mortgage process, offering tailored product recommendations and ensuring a seamless application experience from start to finish.
- Royal Credit Union (Royal) has named Adam Magee as Vice President of Accounting. In this role, Magee is responsible for leading the strategic direction and operational management of Royal’s accounting team as well as developing and implementing financial strategies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Citadel Credit Union announced that Bonnie Levitt has been appointed Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). Levitt brings over 20 years’ experience in human resources, leadership development, organizational design, compensation, and inclusion. She will lead Citadel’s enterprise-wide people strategy as the organization continues its strategic expansion following its recent charter conversion.

- Eglin Federal Credit Union is pleased to congratulate Bluewater Bay Member Service Counselor Anna Klepser for 25 years of service. Anna currently resides in Niceville. A celebratory breakfast was held on March 6 at the Bluewater Bay Branch to honor Anna’s milestone anniversary. Friends, family and coworkers gathered to recognize her longtime dedication and contributions.
Promotions:
- FORUM is pleased to announce promotions across several teams, including Business Intelligence, Technology, Project Management, Marketing, Retail Delivery, Electronic Payment Systems, and Collections.
- Katie Brown is now Business Intelligence Manager, overseeing analytics and strategic planning. Since joining in 2022, she has served as Digital Marketing Specialist and Business Intelligence Analyst.
- Rob Craig has advanced to Software Development Manager, leading the development team and software initiatives. He joined in 2013 and has previously worked as Programmer Analyst and Senior Programmer Analyst.
- Nina Fite has been promoted to Project Manager, coordinating projects and collaborating across the Credit Union. She was hired in 2021 as an Internal Auditor.
- Karri Gates has been promoted to Vice President Project Management, continuing to lead major initiatives and project strategy. Since 2006, she has held several positions, including Senior Project Manager and Assistant Vice President.
- Meredith Kutan is now Social Media and Community Engagement Manager, overseeing marketing, community relations, and brand development. She joined in 2022 and has held multiple marketing roles.
- Joe Miller is promoted to Carmel Branch Manager, leading branch operations and member service. He joined in July 2022 as Manager in Training and Assistant Branch Manager.
- Leah Thomas is now Electronic Payment Services Manager, leading the EPS team. She joined in 2018 and has served as Branch Assistant Manager and EPS Assistant Manager.
- Uta Wortham has been promoted to Collections Manager and will oversee the Collections Team. Since joining in 2017, she has worked as Collections Specialist, Senior Collector, and Assistant Manager.
