New Hires

  • Members First Credit Union (M1) is pleased to announce Lisa Shoemaker as its new Vice President of Lending. Shoemaker brings over 34 years of experience in the financial industry, with a strong focus on lending. Shoemaker will oversee M1’s Mortgage and Consumer Lending teams in her new role. Her focus will include implementing innovative technology solutions to enhance member and staff experiences and collaborating with leadership to offer products and services that foster financial well-being and drive credit union growth.

  • Industry veteran Bob Falk has been selected to join the expanding, best-in-class team of professionals at DDJ Myers. He will serve as an Executive Search Consultant and brings over 30 years of experience within the credit union ecosystem to his new role.

  • Chartway Credit Union is proud to announce the promotions of Dana Brock to vice president of credit operations & services, Kelsey Jones to vice president of business intelligence, and Jace White to senior vice president of talent engagement.

    • Dana Brock: As vice president of credit operations & services, Brock is leading credit-related strategy and functions for consumer lending, optimizing profitability by balancing risk management with competitive pricing strategies and innovative credit products. This includes overseeing credit policy and operational standards to ensure alignment with the credit union’s risk appetite and business objectives and collaborating closely with risk, compliance, finance, technology, and member service teams to ensure seamless credit operations.

    • Kelsey Jones: As vice president of business intelligence, she will advance the credit union’s analytics and data-driven strategies to enhance members\’ service and experience, oversee the business analytics and data engineering teams, and provide enterprise-wide data leadership.

    • Jace White: In his new role as senior vice president of talent engagement, White will drive strategic initiatives to attract, engage, and retain top talent and foster a thriving workplace culture. He will leverage data-driven insights to guide workforce planning, pay equity strategies, and team member experience enhancements. White will work collaboratively across departments to align talent strategies with Chartway’s business objectives and cultural priorities. Additionally, he will oversee talent acquisition, engagement programs, workforce analytics, and diversity initiatives, ensuring that the credit union remains competitive, inclusive, and aligned with its core values and purpose.

  • Greylock Federal Credit Union is proud to announce the promotion of Shirley Crandall Petithory to branch manager of its Kellogg Street branch in Pittsfield. In her new role, Petithory, who began her career with Greylock in 2010, manages a staff of eight and plays an active role in business development. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to, originating mortgage and home equity loans, overseeing branch compliance, originating and underwriting consumer loans, and maintaining a wide variety of member accounts.
