Vizo Financial Wins Third Consecutive Gallup Exceptional Workplace Award

Vizo Financial Corporate Credit Union has received the 2025 Gallup Exceptional Workplace Award (GEWA) for employee engagement. This is the third consecutive year that Vizo Financial has been named a GEWA winner, an accolade that recognizes the Corporate as one of the most engaged workplace cultures in the world.

Despite momentous challenges in a rapidly evolving workplace landscape, Gallup found that Vizo Financial continued to engage and develop its people in innovative ways, setting new benchmarks for workplace excellence.

“Congratulations to this year’s Gallup Exceptional Workplace Award winners for setting the standard for a thriving workplace. Your commitment to creating an environment where employees feel valued, heard and empowered to do their best work is truly remarkable. By prioritizing both people and performance, you are shaping the future of work and proving that exceptional workplaces drive real results,” said Jon Clifton, Gallup’s chief executive officer.

“This achievement is a celebration of our organization’s robust culture,” said Joe Bertotto, Vizo Financial’s SVP/chief culture officer. “It is an honor and a privilege to work within our collaborative community of dedicated team members. Receiving this award for the third year in a row exemplifies the organization’s commitment to championing our employees.”

Gallup’s meta-analysis on team engagement and performance is the most comprehensive workplace study ever conducted, with data on more than 3.3 million employees in 347 organizations across 53 industries and 90 countries. Highly engaged organizations significantly outperform their peers on important business outcomes, including customer ratings, profitability, productivity, turnover, safety incidents, shrinkage, absenteeism, quality, wellbeing and organizational citizenship.

“As the recipients of this award for three years running, we recognize this accomplishment as a testament to our team members who consistently demonstrate a desire to provide corporate-wide help and support,” said Fred Eisel, president/CEO of Vizo Financial. “This win highlights the extraordinary work being led by our culture team, who diligently uphold a framework that ensures employees receive support through open communication channels. Furthermore, by identifying individual strengths, we encourage an environment where employees can pursue their passions and reach their goals as they grow in their careers and engage with others. Our employees inspire me daily.”
