WESTconsin Credit Union to Host 85th Annual Membership Meeting

WESTconsin Credit Union will hold its 85 th Annual Membership Meeting virtually via Microsoft Teams on Tuesday, March 4, 2025 at 6 p.m. During the meeting, Board Chairperson Gerald Wolf will review the Board activities and highlights for 2024, and Chief Executive Officer Jim Wookey will review the year’s financial statement and annual report.
No election will be held as Colleen Mensing and Karen Flug were re-elected to serve another three-year term through Election by Acclamation. This Board-approved process allows current Board members who are seeking re-election unopposed to be declared the winner without a formal vote. Additional Board members include Jerry Wolf, Todd Leipnitz, Jesse Singerhouse, Dale Dahlke, and Sarah Noreen.
WESTconsin Credit Union has been serving members since 1939, and membership is open to anyone who lives or works in the Wisconsin counties of Barron, Buffalo, Burnett, Chippewa, Clark, Dunn, Eau Claire, Jackson, Pepin, Pierce, Polk, Rusk, St. Croix, Sawyer, Taylor, Trempealeau, and Washburn, or the Minnesota counties of Anoka, Chisago, Dakota, Goodhue, Hennepin, Isanti, Pine, Ramsey, Scott, Wabasha, and Washington, with a $5 minimum deposit in a Membership Savings Account. Credit unions are financial institutions owned by their accountholders, and member funds are federally insured by the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA) up to at least $250,000.
