Chartway Credit Union has been awarded a Top Workplaces 2025 honor by Utah Top Workplaces 2025 and the Salt Lake Tribune, for the fifth year in a row. The list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage. The confidential survey uniquely measures the employee experience and its component themes, including employees feeling respected & supported, enabled to grow, and empowered to execute, among others.

“Being named a Top Workplace in Utah for the fifth year in a row is an incredible honor because it reflects the voices of our team members,” said Brian Schools, Chartway president & CEO. “We’re committed to fostering a culture where our team feels valued, supported, and empowered to grow—because when our people thrive, our members and communities do, too.”

“Earning a Top Workplaces award is a badge of honor for companies, especially because it comes authentically from their employees,” said Eric Rubino, Energage CEO. “That’s something to be proud of. In today’s market, leaders must ensure they’re allowing employees to have a voice and be heard. That’s paramount. Top Workplaces do this, and it pays dividends.”

In addition to earning the 2025 Top Workplaces award for Utah, Chartway was awarded the national 2025 Top Workplaces USA award, 2025 Top Workplaces Culture Excellence Award for Innovation, 2025 Top Workplaces Industry Award for Financial Services, and a 2025 Inside Business Top Workplaces award in its Virginia market.
