Three credit unions, including FORUM Credit Union and Members First Credit Union, announced promotions within their organizations, and the CFO/COO of PAHO/WHO Federal Credit Union was appointed to the Northern Virginia Community College Board.
New Hires:
- InterLutions is pleased to announce the hiring of Amy Pals as its new Client Services Manager. In this key role, Pals will manage and administer InterLutions’ employee benefit solutions for Wisconsin credit unions, ensuring strong client support, high-quality service delivery, and continued regulatory compliance. As the I-Care brand and footprint continues to grow, this role will further strengthen InterLutions’ ability to provide industry-leading support and resources to credit union partners.
- LAFCU has announced the addition of two new team members to its marketing department, Eric Newman as data analyst and Matthew Eleweke as user experience (UX) designer.
Promotions:
- FORUM Credit Union announces organizational promotions within its auditing and retail teams.
- Jenica Rollins has been promoted to Compliance Manager within FORUM’s Auditing Department. She was hired at FORUM in May 2006 and has held several roles including Member Service Agent, ACH Specialist, ACH Team Lead, ACH Supervisor, and Compliance Specialist. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Management, and Operations, and an Associate of Science in Accounting. In addition, Jenica is a Certified Credit Union Compliance Officer and an Accredited ACH Professional.
- Nick Novosel has been promoted to Branch Manager of FORUM’s Greenfield location. He was hired with FORUM in June 2022 and has served in various roles including Retail Delivery Support Specialist, Manager-in-Training, and Assistant Branch Manager.
- Members First Credit Union (M1) is proud to announce the promotion of Kris Walters to Vice President of Human Resources, recognizing her long-standing leadership, dedication to employee development, and commitment to cultivating a people-first culture.
- People’s Credit Union has announced the promotion of Jerrica McGaw to Head of Loan Servicing, reporting to Tim Jermain, Head of Lending. In this role, Ms. McGaw will oversee the servicing for the Credit Union’s portfolio of commercial, residential, and consumer Loans while providing leadership for the Loan Servicing team.
