Wright retires, Reed named new CEO/President of Family Horizons CU

Family Horizons CU CEO/President Keith Wright announced his retirement effective December 31, 2025. The Board of Directors selected Jamie Reed, Family Horizons’ Chief Operating Officer, as the next CEO/President.

Reed joined Family Horizons in 2014 and has over 20 years of experience, including retail operations, consumer lending, human resource management, compliance, and financial accounting.  She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business from Asbury University and earned her MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University in 2013.  Before being promoted to Chief Operating Officer in 2020, she was Assistant Vice President of Organizational Development.  She also served as the credit union’s BSA Compliance Officer for 7 years and holds the executive certifications of Professional in Human Resources and Bank Secrecy Act Compliance Specialist.

“Keith has built a solid foundation, and it has been a pleasure to witness the credit union’s growth under his leadership.  I am grateful for the opportunity to serve our members with such an incredibly talented team,” Reed said.  “I also appreciate the Board of Directors placing their trust in me, and I am excited to help lead Family Horizons into this new chapter!”

Wright has been with the credit union since 1995 and has served as its CEO/President for over 23 years.

“It’s been a privilege to lead Family Horizons and I’m confident that Jamie is the right person to take the credit union forward.  She is a dynamic forward-thinking leader whose experience will facilitate continued success,” said Wright.

Family Horizons CU ($92 million) serves 9,500 members from offices in Indianapolis and Greenfield.
