AmFirst Announces Promotions; American Heritage President & CEO Recognized by South Jersey Biz

AmFirst announced a few promotions within its organization, and American Heritage Credit Union‘s President & CEO was recently recognized by South Jersey Biz.

Recognitions:

  • Bruce K. Foulke, President & CEO of American Heritage Credit Union (“American Heritage”), has been recognized by South Jersey Biz in their 2026 list of Top CEOs and CFOs. Foulke has served as American Heritage’s President & CEO for 47 years, guiding the organization through immense growth and expanding credit union services and access throughout the Delaware Valley and southern New Jersey.
  • Eglin Federal Credit Union is pleased to announce that Loan Services Representative Jabari Clayton has been selected as the 5-Star Performer for the fourth quarter of 2025. Jabari has been employed with the Credit Union since June 2022 and currently resides in Fort Walton Beach. The 5-Star Performer Award is a quarterly employee recognition program. The nominator provides a written submission describing how the employee embraces Eglin FCU’s Values: Respectful, Trustworthy, Dedicated, Proactive and Engaged.

Promotions:

  • AmFirst is proud to announce three leadership promotions that will help guide the organization into its next chapter of growth and innovation. Paul Hoffman has been named Vice President–Strategic Initiatives, John Vaughn has been promoted to Vice President–Information Technology, and David O’Dell has been promoted to Vice President–Business Intelligence. “These appointments are essential to positioning our credit union to thrive in an evolving financial landscape,” said Kevin Morris, AmFirst CEO and President. “Paul, John, and David each bring proven expertise and a deep commitment to our mission. Their leadership will strengthen our strategic direction, technological capabilities, and data-driven decision-making as we continue meeting the needs of our members.”
  • Happy Money announced the promotions of John Triggas to Chief Capital Officer and Maria Mosolova to Chief Operating Officer, reflecting the company’s continued growth, expanding capital partnerships and increasing operational sophistication.
