Land of Lincoln Credit Union‘s (LLCU) 2025 Community Impact Report showed significant community reinvestment and volunteer efforts committed by the credit union throughout 2025.
Specifically, the report summarized that LLCU staff volunteered 2,465 hours to local non-profit organizations and provided $367,518 in community donations to non-profit agencies throughout central Illinois in 2025. With the donations and the volunteer hours combined, over 190 local non-profit agencies were impacted by LLCU’s 2024 Community Impact efforts.
The report was released last week at the LLCU Annual Meeting.
Additionally, LLCU staff provided over 4,000 hours of Financial Literacy education to community members over the last two years alone. This dedicated effort to providing the community with financial literacy led to LLCU receiving a 1st Place Award from Credit Union Financial Education Network (CUFEN) for Most Adults Reached in LLCU’s asset category.

The full 2025 LLCU Community Impact Report details impact made on LLCU members, employees, and the community. In the last five years combined, LLCU has made over $1,200,000 in charitable donations to the local communities within the LLCU service footprint, and LLCU staff volunteered more than 11,000 hours to local community organizations.
