Fundraising Efforts Support Local Pediatric Health and Life Services
The Kids-N-Hope Foundation (“The Foundation”) raised over $14,700 during its first bingo event of 2026 for children’s healthcare. 211 people showed up to the Kids-N-Hope Foundation’s first Purse & Power Tool Bingo event of 2026, proving that competitive spirit and charitable giving make a pretty fantastic combination.
The event pulled in an impressive $14,700, kicking off the Foundation’s 2026 fundraising calendar with serious momentum. And yes, you read that right—purses AND power tools. Because why should fundraising prizes fit into neat little boxes? Whether you’re there for a designer handbag or a quality drill, everyone wins when the money goes toward music therapy programs and child life services at local hospitals like Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP).
Over the course of the evening, players battled through twenty rounds of bingo, eyeing those coveted prizes while knowing their ticket money was going straight to kids who need it most. It’s the kind of event where having fun and doing good aren’t mutually exclusive—they’re the whole point.
The Foundation’s not new to this rodeo. In 2025 alone, they raised more than $644,000, a testament to a community that shows up when it matters. That’s not just impressive—it’s life-changing for the families and children who benefit from these funded programs.
“We want to express our sincere gratitude to all our participants and volunteers who supported this month’s bingo event,” said Bruce K. Foulke, the Foundation’s Founder and Chairman. “We are deeply appreciative to everyone who continues to support the Foundation’s mission to fund local pediatric health and life services, especially Music Therapy. Your generosity helps us to live out our mission and allow these critical services to be continued for our community.”
If you missed this one, don’t worry—there’s another bingo event coming up in April, plus additional fundraisers planned throughout the year. Mark your calendar, grab your dauber, and prepare to yell “BINGO!” for a good cause.
