New Hires:
- Purdue Federal Credit Union is pleased to announce the addition of two experienced commercial lending professionals to support business members in Northwest Indiana.
- Karin DeVries joined Purdue Federal on February 23 as Senior Account Vice President, Member Business Loan Officer. DeVries brings 33 years of financial services experience, with a strong background in commercial and industrial (C&I) lending and medical financing. She also serves as a Board Member of The Caring Place.
- Kathy Ireland joined Purdue Federal on March 16 as Senior Account Vice President, Member Business Loan Officer. Ireland brings 38 years of financial services experience, providing extensive expertise in commercial lending, working with both privately owned businesses and not-for-profit organizations. She is actively involved in the community, serving as Board Treasurer of Sojourner Truth House, member of Valparaiso Rotary, and a committee member for the Crisis Center and Valparaiso Family YMCA.
- USAlliance Federal Credit Union (dba USALLIANCE Financial) announced the appointment of Grace Jensen as Vice President of People Operations. In this role, Jensen will lead USALLIANCE Financial’s people strategy, with a focus on employee growth and engagement, leadership development, and organizational design.

- Robins Financial Credit Union recently announced the appointment of Andrew Robinson to the role of Vice President of Strategic Solutions. Robinson brings a unique combination of experience that sits at the intersection of strategy and execution. During his time at Robins Financial, he has made a significant impact, first within the Security team and most recently as Director of Project Management, where he played a critical role in reshaping how enterprise initiatives are delivered. His leadership has enhanced organizational effectiveness by bringing greater structure, clarity, and accountability to project execution.
- People’s Credit Union has announced the promotion of Kayla Landry to Commercial Portfolio Analyst, reporting to Christie Jencks, Head of Commercial Lending. In this newly created role, Ms. Landry will complete credit analysis and oversee portfolio management, including annual reviews and branch referrals.
- Maine State Credit Union is pleased to announce the promotion of Travis Rowell to Vice President, Mortgage Lending. In his new role, Rowell will lead all aspects of the credit union’s mortgage department, including mortgage sales, operations, and product development.

- Marie Charbonneau, Vice President of Branches – Charbonneau joined the Credit Union in 2020. Her more than 20 years of experience are rooted in branch operations, with a career dedicated to serving members and supporting the teams who serve them. She leads a team of branch managers and partners closely with branches to deliver consistent, high‑quality member service experiences.
- Andrew Dietzel, Internal and Corporate Communications Manager – Dietzel joined MSUFCU in 2021 as a teller at the Headquarters Branch and advanced through several leadership roles before being promoted to Assistant Manager in 2023. He now manages the Internal and Corporate Communications department, where he develops and oversees a broad portfolio of business communication strategies to ensure clear, consistent messaging aligned with organizational priorities. Collaborating closely with leaders across the Credit Union, Dietzel synthesizes information and directs its delivery across both internal and external channels. He supports the ICC team in producing high‑quality content that accurately reflects MSUFCU’s brand and vision.
- Jena Gillam, Headquarters Branch Manager – Gillam brings 10 years of experience in the financial industry and joined MSUFCU in 2021 as a Financial Services Specialist. She has since advanced to Headquarters Branch Manager, previously excelling in key leadership positions including Branch Trainer, Assistant Branch Manager, and Branch Manager. Throughout her tenure, Gillam has demonstrated a strong commitment to cultivating talent within the Credit Union by coaching employees, leveraging strengths, ensuring operational consistency, and contributing insights to support strategic initiatives. Her dedication to employee development and member service helps deepen member relationships, meet evolving financial needs, and empower individuals to achieve their financial goals.
- Michele Pease, Headquarters Branch Assistant Manager – Pease began her career at MSUFCU in 2017, joining the organization as a Financial Services Representative. Her strong commitment to member service and operational excellence quickly set her apart, leading to successive advancements within the Credit Union. As she grew in her role, Pease transitioned through the roles of Loan Officer and Branch Lead. Her continued leadership and dedication ultimately led to her current position as Assistant Branch Manager of the Headquarters Branch. In this role, she supports branch operations, staff development, member engagement, and the overall mission of fostering financial empowerment within the MSUFCU community.
- Brittany Price, Commercial Loan Officer – Price serves as a Commercial Loan Officer for Southeast Michigan on the Business Services team at MSUFCU. With more than 13 years of experience in the financial services industry, Price has built a strong foundation working across both the credit union and commercial banking sectors. In her role, Price focuses on commercial lending and business development, partnering with local businesses to provide strategic financial solutions that support growth and long-term success. Price brings extensive experience in commercial lending, treasury management, merchant services and portfolio management, giving her a well-rounded understanding of the business banking model and the evolving needs of business owners. Price is committed to helping businesses strengthen their financial health while building meaningful, lasting partnerships rooted in financial education and transparency within the Southeast Michigan community.
- Monica Sloan, Vice President of Branches – Sloan joined MSUFCU in 2013 and is committed to supporting strategic decisions that enhance the overall member experience and strengthen the branch network. She upholds service standards by ensuring consistent, accurate, hospitality‑driven support while focusing on branch network growth, team development, and operational excellence to meet current and future member needs. - SELCO Community Credit Union recently promoted Sean Huntington to Vice President of Commercial Lending for its Commercial & Business Banking division. In his new role, Huntington will lead SELCO’s commercial lending team by overseeing day-to-day operations, loan production, and team leadership.
