Vizo Financial Corporate Credit Union held its 2026 Annual Meeting on June 17, 2026. Member credit unions were invited to participate in the virtual event to hear executive/board reports and results of the Corporate’s 2026 board of directors’ election. There were four candidates up for election of three open boards seats. The following individuals were elected during the meeting to serve three-year terms: Elba Arenas, president/CEO of MC Federal Credit Union in Danville, Pa.; Genice DeCorte, CEO of HealthShare Credit Union in Greensboro, N.C.; and Mark Volponi, CEO of USX FCU in Cranberry Township, Pa. At Vizo Financial’s board of directors’ reorganization meeting, the following officers were appointed: chair, Daniel Berry, CEO of Duke University FCU in Durham, N.C.; vice chair, Genice DeCorte, CEO of HealthShare Credit Union in Greensboro, N.C.; treasurer, Derek Fuzzell, CFO/COO of PAHO/WHO Federal Credit Union in Washington, D.C.; and secretary, Elba Arenas, president/CEO of MC Federal Credit Union in Danville, Pa.
