CUSO Executive (CUSO)

Position Summary

This technology-focused CUSO is seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Executive to elevate the organization to the next level. In this remote role, the Executive will lead the company’s strategic vision, growth, and operational excellence, driving innovation across technology solutions that support credit unions in data analytics, AI implementation, technology consulting, and talent solutions. This individual must be a tech-first, strategic leader with the ability to collaborate closely with both the owner credit union and client credit unions to deliver impactful, forward-looking solutions.

The Executive will work in partnership with the Board of Directors to set strategic direction, guide long-term growth, and foster a high-performing, collaborative culture. This leader will be responsible for strengthening partnerships, scaling the organization, and delivering measurable value to stakeholders within the financial services sector. The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of executive leadership experience, a strong technology background, and a proven ability to lead through change while balancing innovation with disciplined execution. Experience in financial services is valued but not required; however, candidates must demonstrate the ability to quickly understand and navigate regulated environments.
