Two credit unions, including People’s Credit Union, announced promotions within its organization, and Circuit announced its new Board of Directors leadership elected at its Q3 Board Meeting.
New Hires:
- Consumers Credit Union has named Chad Farrer as senior real estate and construction manager, a role focused on planning and delivering the construction, renovation and facility improvement projects that support Consumers’ growth across Michigan and northern Indiana. In his role, Farrer will partner with teams across the organization, along with architects, contractors, designers and community partners to keep projects on track from concept through completion. He will work closely with the facilities and maintenance teams to ensure Consumers’ offices remain safe, welcoming and well maintained for both members and employees.

- Adam Remshifski has been identified as a Top 50 Marketer Award Winner in the 2026 Icon Awards by OnConferences (“OnCon”). Remshifski serves as American Heritage Credit Union’s Senior Vice President of Marketing. Remshifski has worked in American Heritage’s Marketing department for over ten years and was also named to Forbes’ “20 Under 40” list in 2025. Under his guidance, American Heritage has surpassed major milestones, such as crossing $5 billion in assets and implementing various new marketing technologies and strategies. American Heritage has also maintained a Net Promoter Score of 85 and achieved a 9.6% marketing conversion rate under his leadership.
Promotions:
- People’s Credit Union has announced the promotion of Justin Lombardo to the Head of Middletown Branch, reporting to Deb Maxwell, Head of Area Branches. In this role, Lombardo will be responsible for the successful operation, leadership, and daily oversight of the branch, including identifying opportunities to help members achieve their financial goals and creating a branch experience where members feel valued and supported.
- TBA Credit Union (TBACU) has promoted Owen Suhy to Loan Center Lead and Nicole Gibson to Branch Leader at TBACU’s South Airport location. These promotions reflect their commitment to member service, leadership, and continued success of the credit union. In his new role, Suhy will coordinate and lead consumer loan sales and service activities within the Loan Center, while supporting team development, fostering a strong service culture, and ensuring members receive timely and exceptional service. As Branch Leader, Gibson will oversee operations at TBA Credit Union’s South Airport Branch, leading branch team members, supporting member service excellence, and driving strategic initiatives that support membership growth and engagement.

- Circuit announced new Board of Directors leadership elected at its Q3 Board Meeting. April Clobes, President and CEO of Michigan State University Federal Credit Union, has been elected Chairperson of the Circuit Board of Directors. Brenda Worrell, President and CEO of ICCU, will serve as Vice Chairperson, and Brandon Riechers, President and CEO of Royal Credit Union, will serve as Secretary/Treasurer. James Nastars, President and CEO of Meritrust Credit Union, will serve as Immediate Past Chairperson. In addition to the Executive Committee, Circuit’s Board of Directors includes:
