Vice President of Business Lending

Heart of Louisiana Federal Credit Union, with approximately $145 million in assets, located in Alexandria, Louisiana, is seeking an experienced commercial lender to serve as its Vice President of Business Lending. Reporting directly to the President/CEO and serving as a member of the leadership team, this individual will be responsible for leading the strategic growth and management of the commercial loan portfolio. The credit union will charge this person with business development and sales, packaging loans for underwriting, managing the loan portfolio, and servicing. The ideal candidate will possess five or more years of commercial lending experience, proven leadership skills, and the ability to develop and execute a strategic plan for commercial banking.
