Wyatt isn’t exactly new to the game. He’s bringing nearly 20 years of experience from the trenches of financial services and technology leadership—spanning community banks, global banking giants, and credit unions. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on International Economics and Business from the University of Arkansas, and he’s spent his career leading the kind of modernization projects that sound simple on paper but are anything but in practice.

Before joining Honor, Wyatt served as chief information and strategy officer at Together Credit Union, where he juggled enterprise strategy, digital banking evolution, data initiatives, and cybersecurity—basically all the things that keep a modern financial institution competitive and secure. After years in the corporate banking world, he’s developed a genuine appreciation for what makes credit unions different: that member-first mentality that’s baked into every decision.

“I truly see technology as a powerful way to help people and organizations grow, and I’m excited to work alongside Honor’s leadership team to strengthen our technology foundation and create digital experiences that really matter to our members,” Wyatt explained. “What first drew me to the credit union movement, and to Honor Credit Union specifically, was the genuine heart behind the mission. Here, decisions are made with members at the center, not as an afterthought. Honor’s culture of trust and shared purpose makes this an incredibly special place, and I’m inspired by the opportunity to build something meaningful together.”

In his new role, Wyatt will partner with Honor’s executive team to make sure technology investments line up with what actually matters—things like bulletproof cybersecurity and digital banking tools that people actually want to use. But he’s not just focused on the tech itself. Wyatt is big on building teams where people feel genuinely supported and empowered, believing that strong team culture and continuous learning are the secret ingredients to creating technology that serves members well and helps credit unions stay ahead of the curve.

“Credit unions have an opportunity to lead the next era of financial services by combining purpose with modern technology,” Wyatt said. “My goal is to help Honor build an organization where technology goes beyond supporting the business and helps define where our industry goes next.”

Honor Credit Union is looking forward to the fresh perspective and innovation Wyatt brings to the table as the organization continues expanding its reach and deepening its impact in the communities it serves.
