Greylock Federal’s Marketing Team Takes Home Two Silver NEFFIE Awards

A collage features Greylock Federal Credit Union’s two 2026 NEFMA Silver Awards for in-house paid video advertising and integrated marketing campaigns. Beside the trophies are a NEFFIE Award graphic and labeled portraits of Roberta McCulloch-Dews, Jennifer Supranowicz, Tom Buckley, Christina Walker, Jordyn Scace and Elizabeth Nelson.

“Each day, our team commits to sharing Greylock’s many stories.” That’s how Roberta McCulloch-Dews, Vice President of Marketing, describes the job. This fall, a panel of New England financial marketers agreed the team tells those stories well.

Greylock Federal Credit Union’s Marketing Team earned two Silver NEFFIE Awards from the New England Financial Marketing Association (NEFMA). The honors were handed out in early October at NEFMA’s Fall Conference in Natick, Mass.

The Winning Work

The first Silver came in the Integrated Marketing Campaign category. It recognized Greylock’s 2025 Wealth Builders Youth SummerFest campaign, which reached people through multiple channels at once (the industry calls this “omni-channel,” meaning the message shows up wherever your audience happens to be). Judges also took note of the campaign’s engagement and conversion results, so it wasn’t just visible. It got people to act.

The second Silver went to Paid Video Advertising: Broadcast, Cable and Streaming. That one honored a business member spotlight on Don Harris, owner of Just Kickin’-It-Bar-B-Que, a local-business story told on screen.

What the Team Said

“We are absolutely thrilled to receive these prestigious awards from the New England Financial Marketing Association,” said McCulloch-Dews. She said the team approaches its campaigns, events, and programs “with intention, creativity, and passion,” and that the awards reflect that dedication. “We thank and appreciate NEFMA for recognizing our efforts and we look forward to continuing to build on this meaningful work.”

The People Behind It

Creative Director Tom Buckley represented the team at the ceremony. The rest of the crew includes:

  • Jennifer Supranowicz, Marketing Analyst
  • Christina Walker, Marketing Project Officer
  • Jordyn Scace, Digital Marketing Manager
  • Elizabeth Nelson, Communications & Multimedia Content Producer

A Takeaway for Your Own Marketing

Both wins rest on the same habits: spotlight real people in your community, and track what your campaigns actually do. If you’re planning your next campaign, pick one local story worth telling, run it across more than one channel, and decide up front which engagement and conversion numbers you’ll measure.
