The 26th annual CU4Kids Northwest Classic is rolling around this July, and it’s bringing together fifteen credit unions for what might be the most important round of golf you’ll see all year. We’re talking about a tournament that’s raised serious money for Children’s Miracle Network hospitals—and this year carries extra weight as Credit Unions for Kids hits its 40th anniversary.
Let’s talk numbers for a second. In 2025 alone, First Tech Federal Credit Union and its partners pulled in $2.1 million for kids and families getting care at CMN hospitals. That’s not a typo. And this year? They’re aiming even higher.
Star Power Meets Staying Power
The tournament isn’t just about sinking putts (though there will be plenty of that). It’s also your chance to rub elbows with some serious Pacific Northwest sports royalty. We’re talking former Trail Blazers, Olympic gold medalists, NFL veterans, and yes—even Blaze the Trail Cat will be there. Because what’s a charity golf tournament without a mascot?
