The biggest virtual credit union conference

Registration is open for the credit union industry’s largest annual virtual conference, Discovery 2025. This year’s event will be held on Thursday, August 7, 2025. The conference, which TruStage™, the credit union system partner of choice, coordinates will begin at 9.a.m. CDT. The no-cost, all-day event will feature two keynote speakers, four general sessions and three sessions spotlighting solutions to help credit unions stay competitive during these extraordinary times.

Among this year’s keynote speakers is advisor, futurist and former head of Go-To Market for Open AI Zack Kass. Kass will deliver a comprehensive roadmap on how to build, develop, motivate and retain high performing teams and companies in a world driven more and more by artificial intelligence (AI). Attendees will walk away understanding the importance of soft skills, constant learning and why a culture of adaptability is critical to thrive in this new business landscape.

Seth Mattison, Discovery 2025’s second keynote speaker and future of work strategist, closes out this year’s Discovery conference. Seth will share how blending AI with human creativity, empathy and complex problem solving can drive unprecedented growth and engagement for businesses.

“2025 has already been a year like no other in recent history,” says TruStage executive vice president of Sales and Marketing, Tammy Schultz. “From financial uncertainty to increased competition to the ever-accelerating pace at which AI solutions and other technologies are changing the way we do business, credit unions face immense pressure to transform their operations to meet the moment. This year’s Discovery conference will highlight actions you can take today to meet members’ rapidly evolving needs and help your credit union thrive well into the future.”

TruStage’s Chief Economist Steve Rick will look ahead at the key economic trends impacting credit unions. A trio of TruStage experts will offer their perspectives on developments in the fraud and cyber security space. Plus, the conference will offer a session that explores innovative approaches to enhance non-interest income streams in 2025 and beyond.
