If you’ve been banking with Royal Credit Union, turns out you made the right call. The Star Tribune’s Minnesota’s Best readers’ choice poll just dropped, and Royal walked away with hardware in not one, not two, but four different categories.
Here’s the haul: Gold for Financial Institution in Central Minnesota, Silver in Wealth Management, and Bronze medals in both the Credit Union and Financial Services Customer Service categories. Not bad for a day’s work.
“We are honored to be recognized by Minnesota’s Best and grateful to everyone who voted for Royal,” said Brandon Riechers, Royal Credit Union President and CEO. “This recognition reflects the dedication of our team members and the strong relationships we are privileged to build with our Members and communities.”
What Makes Minnesota’s Best Actually, Well, the Best
Minnesota’s Best isn’t some pay-to-play scheme where companies write themselves checks for trophies. Launched in 2021, this is Minnesota’s premier readers’ choice award program, and it’s completely free. No nomination fees, no voting costs, no “winner’s package” to purchase. Just real people voting for the businesses they actually like.
This year, more than 8,500 businesses, organizations, and individuals threw their hats in the ring to compete for the title. That’s a lot of competition, which makes Royal’s four-category recognition even more impressive.
