Several credit union, including TDECU and Intrepid Credit Union, announced new hires, and Affinity Plus Federal Credit Union and the Affinity Plus Foundation announced new additions to their respective Boards of Directors.
New Hires:
- Member Access Processing (MAP) welcomes Rudy Randolph as Vice President, Relationship Management beginning April 21, 2025. Rudy brings more than a decade of leadership experience in payments, specializing in sales, card portfolio management, fraud prevention, and data analytics. Prior to joining MAP, he held various leadership roles at Visa DPS.
- TDECU is proud to announce it has named Michael R. Williams as the new Market President for the Greater Houston Region and Head of Commercial Lending. With more than two decades of leadership experience in the banking industry, Williams brings strategic insight and a strong track record to this pivotal role.
- Intrepid Credit Union proudly announces Cindy Trimp as its new Vice President of Finance. In this role, Trimp will oversee financial strategy, reporting, and long-term planning to support the credit union’s continued growth and service excellence. With a strong background in financial leadership, Trimp brings expertise in performance analysis, compliance, and strategic resource allocation. Her guidance will play a key role in advancing Intrepid’s mission to “provide for today and protect for tomorrow,” ensuring financial strength and sustainability for members across Montana.
- Gesa announced the hiring of Jani Beatty as a Small Business Administration (SBA) Relationship Manager for the Vancouver area. Beatty brings a strong track record of success in structuring business acquisition deals across the Oregon market and will play a key role in expanding Gesa’s small business lending efforts in Southwest Washington.
- Debbie Ingle recently joined Redwood Credit Union (RCU) as senior vice president of Mortgage Lending. In her new role, Ingle will oversee RCU’s mortgage lending strategy and lead the mortgage lending team.

- United Federal Credit Union (United) is once again expanding its footprint in Nevada. United opened a new branch in Fernley on Tuesday, April 1, 2025. United has been operating in Nevada since 2009. The Fernley branch is United’s tenth location in the state. Leading the team at the Fernley branch is Karolina Ciesielska. She has been with United since November. In her new role, Ciesielska will be responsible for maintaining the performance of the branch and providing leadership and supervision to staff.
