  • Uptiq announced senior appointments to its banking leadership team as demand from banks and credit unions accelerates to move AI out of pilots and into production. Financial regulators require explainability, audit readiness, and human oversight in decisions made by agents, requirements that general-purpose AI tools were never designed to satisfy. Gagan Kanjlia joins as Chief Banking Officer. Amit Parmar joins as Executive Vice President of Strategic Accounts. Marc Billanti returns as Senior Vice President of Sales.

Promotions:

  • Redwood Credit Union (RCU) has announced the promotion of Jen Brooks Harris to SVP/Strategy, Project Development and Divine David to Senior Vice President of Member Experience. These experienced leaders will help shape RCU’s strategy, member experience, and employee development while supporting its mission to improve members’ financial well-being and strengthen local communities.
  • Nuuvia announced the appointment of Marcell King as Chief Executive Officer. Under King’s leadership in the last 18 months as President and COO, the company more than doubled its customer base and contracted annual recurring revenue, expanded strategic channel partnerships and built a powerhouse leadership team to meet the rising demand for modern youth banking solutions.

Appointments:

  • Corporate One Federal Credit Union announced that Jeremiah Kossen, President/CEO of Publix Employees Federal Credit Union (PEFCU) in Lakeland, Florida, was appointed to the Corporate One Board of Directors. • TDECU has elected attorney and technology executive Lavonne Burke as Chair of its Board of Directors, signaling a continued focus on innovation, governance and long-term growth for the Houston region’s largest credit union. Burke, who joined the TDECU Board in 2023, is the first woman to serve as Board Chair in TDECU’s 71-year history. The board also added two more highly accomplished leaders, Sandra Pineau-Boddison as Board Secretary and Manolo Sánchez.
  • CUES is pleased to announce Ray Lindley, President/CEO, CapEd Credit Union, and Gary Schuette, President/CEO, Oregon State Credit Union, have accepted appointments to serve on its board of directors. “CUES is strengthened by leaders who bring new ideas, diverse experiences, and a shared commitment to advancing the credit union movement,” said Heather McKissick, CUES CEO. “We are excited to welcome our two new directors and look forward to the insight, energy, and leadership they will contribute as we continue developing the exceptional leaders our industry needs.”
